Clean bright spacious room on the 5th floor with a terrace. Comfortable bed had an excellent sleep. Was cleaned regularly every day. Shared bathroom was also cleaned daily. Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included was continental in the restaurant nextdoor. There is also a kitchenette on the 1st floor that can be used. There is only a fridge and microwave and crockery and utensils but great if you want to store anything to eat or warm up a microwave meal which we did on a couple of occasions. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Baixa which is a central point. Found a Aldi supermarket about 500m away also. The hotel is located in Santo Antonio district. Would definitely recommend. As a travel agent, this place is ideal for anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days. Would definitely come back again.

The staff were very helpful, considerate and friendly. For the price you really cannot fault it. The room was a great size the shared bathroom was large, clean and had great facilities. It was also great to know that the front door was open all hours, especially in a 24/7 city like Lisbon. The breakfast was great, it was next door searched between 8-10am basically an all you can eat continental breakfast buffet! Yum Also! The bed was a huge emperor bed which was so comfortable and in the heat was great to be able to roll away from each other even with Aircon on. Gay friendly too. As an LGBT couple we felt just as welcome and accommodated for.

Most comments talk about shared bathrooms, but that is in the description, so it was expected. What I liked the most was the fact that both the room and bathrooms were extremely clean and with a great presentation. Breakfast was very good, considering the price you pay for one night. Location could not be better, public transportation is near and you are in the center, so plenty of options available. Staff was very kind, both on check-in and check-out. So, consider if you don't mind shared bathrooms (although there are many). If you don't, you can't go wrong with this place.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. While we knew we were booking a more basic accommodation, we were hoping that service and cleanliness weren't compromised and they most certainly were not. I would prefer to be a bit closer to the centre of the city, but that is all down to research on our part. The metro was very close by so that was great and taxis were cheap and friendly. I would have loved a fridge of some sort, but we booked knowing we didn't have one. Very easy going, safe, helpful, clean hotel.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from the centre and at least 2 metro stations. Small supermarkets close by. Quiet street. Friendly staff. Room was good. Clean bathroom. Hot water all the time. Room even had a small balcony. Private bathroom. Reasonable breakfast next door in the Hello Saigon restaurant. The coffee from the coffee machine is not great. But otherwise good variety: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese, breads, croissants, butter and jams, and cut up fresh fruit (melon)
